My name is Darren Gavin and I help individuals advance in their careers.

With over 24 years of experience across diverse industries including banking, insurance, people leadership, compliance, and wellbeing, my career has equipped me with a broad perspective on both professional and personal development. More recently, I’ve dedicated myself to the education sector, supporting adults in their learning journeys and assisting organisations—ranging from SMEs to large corporations—in upskilling their teams.

At the core of my work is a deep commitment to helping others make informed career and lifelong learning decisions, while always astonished at just how brave we can be when navigating change and challenges. Having run marathons (just the 2) and still active in various sports, I believe in perseverance and the importance of networking as the key to success. I also hold firm to the values of remembering your roots and appreciating those who uplifted you in moments of challenge and self-doubt.
